Position – Executive Assistant
Location – Gurgaon/Bangalore
Experience – 5-8 Years
Job Specification
•Manage scheduling for Management Committee Members
•Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Management Committee Members
•Organize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
•Being analytical and prepare power point presentation for the Management Committee
•Plan, prioritize international, domestic travel and meeting schedules for the Committee members as per their requirements.
•Drafting minutes, tracking deadlines and managing reminders
•Recordkeeping of various communications and roles for institutionalization
•Co-ordinating with various Practice areas
•Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
•Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc
•Handling our internal proprietary databases to help partner to address business associate’s queries
•Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff of the firm as and when required
•Taking telephone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them as appropriate
•Managing E-Mails of Management Committee Members and corresponding on behalf of them appropriately to stakeholders
•Taking care of partners personal files on travel, assets, finance and health etc and dealing with concerned vendors
Desired Candidature
✓Excellent communication, presentable and interpersonal skills
✓MBA/Post Graduate from two to three tier college
✓Technology friendly and be able to execute requirements in tighter timelines
✓Excellent PPT & Excel(analytical)skills
✓Candidates with exposure to MS Share point are preferred
✓Candidates who know shorthand will be preferred
✓Logical thinking and geographical understanding of international places
✓To be available as per business requirement
