*Job Timing- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM*
*Job location: Alpha-1, Greater Noida*
*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
-Handling end to end recruitment
-Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening & Interviewing candidates over the phone, interview arrangements & closing.
-Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques
-Discuss the "core" of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand the offered job
-Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.
-Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
-Understanding of client's requirements.
-Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
-Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels.
-Regular Interaction with the client.
*Essential Conditions:*
Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant.
Good knowledge of internet
Communication skill.
